Research Interests: My research focuses on cultural production, the creative economy, and platform studies in Southeast Asia. I employ a decolonial approach to communication and media studies, recognizing multiple, co-existing ways of knowing that challenge colonial hierarchies of knowledge. My current project examines how Vietnamese book authors navigate local political dynamics, sociocultural constraints, and the pressures of global platform capitalism.
