Malavika Narayan is a Ph.D. student in the Department of City and Regional Planning. Her research is based in Delhi and focuses on the emergence, evolution and persistence of particular geographies of urban informal work.
Research interests: queer institutional ecologies; social life of natural history; science and storytelling; notions of objectivity, the body, and the world.
Vishal is interested in protected areas, traditional knowledge and the relations that make these categories possible in contemporary South Asia. They have previously received a BA in Anthropology from The George Washington University.

Trishna is a PhD candidate in the department of Anthropology. Her research interests include carceral institutions as well as practices of prison reform and rehabilitation in India.
Payal is a Ph.D. candidate in the field of Applied Economics and Management. Her work is primarily focused on development economics and applied econometrics.
Praveen is a PhD student at the Department of Comparative Literature. His work focuses on modern South Asian literary and intellectual history (with an emphasis on 20th century Sri Lanka), psychoanalytic theory, Buddhist modernist thought, and postcolonial studies.
Palashi is a PhD student in the Information Sciences department at Cornell. Her research interests are located in technology policy, design and cultures. She works at the intersection of Information Science, Science and Technology Studies, and Anthropology.
